I'm sorry ... I didn't mean to elude the issue ... I just disagreed with the arguments which did not really address the event ... a clear view about the problem might help avoid catastrophism and other wrongful ideas ... You're right, they don't have the means to do it right now ... it will be a tragedy if the other nations don't pitch in with educational programs and the very cheap basic means to give them a chance to struggle against cholera ...
