Your point would be valid if this foreclosure phenomenon had much smaller proportions ... immensely smaller ... and since this is not the case; since it's pretty obvious the massive numbers involved by it ... it clearly denotes a systemic malfunction along the line ... but of course it's easier blaming it on those who fell for it ...
