Mr. José Dirceu was condemned NOT by his party peers but by the ones who expected to make a profit out of it. It was a political process, not based on facts. Must I remind you that there's no linkage in between Mr. José Dirceu and the so called 'caixa dois' administered by the Workers' Party. Apart from that, you seem to ignore that 'caixa dois' wasn't a crime back then and still isn't; basically because the corruption you support does not want so.
Further still, in face of the judicial system, one can not be condemned without proof ... and proof must be furnished by the accusers. Mr. José Dirceu does not have to prove his innocence ... his accusers must prove he's guilty. Five years later they still haven't done it. Furthermore, I would also like to remind you that Roberto Jefferson lost his office because he did not prove his accusations against Mr. José Dirceu.
