Hmm hmmm ... Well I'm not trying to downplay Brasil's greatness and I certainly recognize Brasil's progressive policies ... Nevertheless, traits can be acquired culturally, as you must be fully aware of ... and finally, I have first hand knowledge how Brazilians disregard traffic laws, red lights and all that ... apart from that, in Brasil car drivers look at street walkers as if they were dog pooh ... It's quite pointless trying to deny or overlook it ...
