If you xerox a page of a book, no matter how much crayon you apply to it afterwards, it's still an infringement of copy rights ... and certainly no fair use ... if South Park had changed the lyrics, that would be fair use ... but they didn't ... same lyrics, same choreography, same scenography ... th same thing with South Park characters ... it sounds a lot like that crayon colored xerox of yours ...
